You may only send Cash, Check, or Money Order, and must send exact U.S. dollar amounts.

DO NOT send:

    1.  CODs, etc.
    2.  Loose change such as quarters, nickels, dimes, dollar coins, etc.
    3.  Foreign currency, or anything other than U.S. dollars.
 

 
Step 1

The three membership options available are:

  1.  A 10 Day Membership for $12 ( Non-Recurring )
  2.  A 30 Day Membership for $25 ( Recurring at $20 for each consecutive 30 Days )
  3.  A 30 Day Membership for $25 ( Non-Recurring )

Note:  Your membership period will begin once your confirmation letter is sent out by e-mail. 

 

 
Step 2

Along with payment for the membership option you have chosen from Step 1, include a piece of paper with the following information:

Note:  Please type or clearly print the information so it is understandable. 

1.  Your First and Last Name.
2.  The Username you want to use. 
3.  The Password you want to use.

Note:  If there is a problem with the username and/or password selected, they will be changed as needed.  If you do not choose a username and/or password, a random username and/or password will automatically be assigned to you. 

4.  List a valid e-mail address for your confirmation letter to be sent.

Note:  Make sure the e-mail address is written/spelled correctly.
If you do not have an e-mail address you can get one for free at Hotmail or Yahoo

5.  List the membership option chosen from Step 1.  If you currently have a membership and are purchasing a new one, please list your current membership option along with your new membership option.  Also, please include your current username and password.  This will insure your new membership will not begin until your old one expires.  If you chose the Recurring option, the recurring payment of $20 must be postmarked or received by the end of your current 30 Day Membership.

Step 3

If you have read all notes and instructions from Step 1, Step 2, and the Special Note below, and AGREE to them.  Proceed by sending payment along with the five pieces of required information to the address listed below.

Checks: Please make checks and money orders out to " Calvin Dixon ".

Orders:  Please allow up to 1 week for orders to be processed, checks and money orders may require additional time to process.

Special Note:  Payments sent by mail are Not Refundable.  This includes incorrect payments, which will be held until corrected.  If the payment is not corrected or if there is no contact from the sender either by e-mail or regular mail after 30 days, the payment will be considered a website donation.
